Terms of Service

By accessing intechbot.com or purchasing services from IntechBot LLC ("IntechBot", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

IntechBot provides web design, web development, AI automation, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in the proposal or quote provided to you and accepted in writing.

Estimates generated by our AI tools are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a formal proposal.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due at launch. Projects under $600 are billed 100% upfront. Rush delivery under 5 days incurs a 25% fee. Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may pause active work.

Delivery timelines begin once the deposit is received and all required materials (content, assets, access) are provided by the client. Delays in providing materials extend the timeline accordingly.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and content we create and deliver specifically for their project. IntechBot retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, components, and methodologies, and grants the client a perpetual license to use them as part of the delivered work.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, libraries) remain subject to their own licenses. IntechBot may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to all content and materials you provide. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntechBot's total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email where reasonable.
