Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for IntechBot LLC services.
Deposits
Projects require a 50% deposit to begin (100% upfront for projects under $600). Deposits reserve your project slot and cover initial discovery, planning, and design work.
Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel a project at any time with written notice to legal@intechbot.com. Because work begins immediately after the deposit, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Any pre-paid amounts beyond work performed may be refunded at our discretion, less the value of work completed.
Cancellation by IntechBot
We may cancel an engagement if a client breaches these terms, fails to pay, or fails to provide required materials within a reasonable time. In such cases, you are billed for work completed to date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only where work has not yet begun, or where required by law. We do not offer refunds for completed deliverables, launched projects, or change-of-mind after delivery.
Monthly Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first at legal@intechbot.com so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and collection of amounts owed.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email legal@intechbot.com with your name, project, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
